KDEL Virtual Leadership Course
An asynchronous executive leadership course that guides leaderships and decision-makers through the fundamentals and intricacies of executive leadership, team dynamics and motivation, change management at its best, project management fundamentals and PMOs, doing more with less, and measuring productivity in virtual environments.
The course content is entirely from KDEL’s signature Executive Leadership Conferences that occur thrice a year (Spring, Summer, and Fall), and is patented for busy professionals who are not able to commit three full days to the conference, and who can undergo the training at their own pace, and at a considerably reduced price.

Addresses executive leadership needs with special emphases on effective communications, empowering employees, sustaining productivity in remote work settings, effective conflict management and resolution techniques, peer-led FAQs, as well as scenario-based recommendations for best practices as organizational leaders.
Doing More With Less – Budgeting Amidst Scarcity
Addresses executive leadership needs in the following: the art of budgeting (how to prepare estimates and budgets), the science of making wise expenditure decisions (how to categorize and prioritize expenses), the skill-sets involved in make-or-buy decisions (deciding on in-house production or external purchasing of needed materials), the art and science of negotiating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and sub-contractors, and strategic ways to perform more with less human and technical resources, especially in a remote work environment.
Team Dynamics and Intrinsic Motivation
Guides leaders, directors, and managers on how to manage their teams optimally. Participants will learn to motivate their teams to higher productivity and job satisfaction levels, communicate effectively and develop expert listening skills, and maximize team member buy-in and ownership. Other focus points will be on understanding hybrid team structures that leverage the developmental, skill, and diversity levels of team members, understanding the varying needs of team members, their seasons, and how to leverage these to motivate them, and accentuating and coaching the art of balancing micro-management and macro-management. Measuring Productivity in Virtual Environments
Highlighting strategies for setting up productivity targets and tracking all team members as progress is made through assigned tasks. This training shows how to measure remote team members’ productivity without micro-management or de-motivation and addresses the phenomenon of collaboration between remote workers and their supervisors, especially during goal setting and task implementation.
Project Management KSAs and PMOs – Basics, Setup, & Management
Introduces and familiarizes leaderships with the knowledge areas, processes, tools, and techniques of project management, including such fundamentals as work breakdown structures (WBS), network diagramming and analysis, critical path methodology (CPM), and the Gantt chart. Leaders will have introductory descriptions of versatile project management software such as Concept Draw Office and will receive the recommendations of KDEL’s team of experts on team planning & scheduling, performance tracking & bridging, brainstorming, mind-mapping, and resource levelling.
In this same training segment, leaderships will learn how to set up and manage their central project management offices (PMOs), with emphases on describing and understanding the duties of your organization’s portfolio, program, and project managers.
The aim of this project management segment is to streamline your organization, improve profit margins due to increased efficiencies in time and money, and reduce wastages in human and technological resources.
Change Management At Its Best
This segment will take executives and organizational leaders on a change and diversity management journey.
