Level 2 Strategy
Strategy 201
A guide to experienced field leaders’ and mentors’ strategy practices. This course will teach mid-level managers and mentors how to leverage the following mid-level strategic management concepts and practices to develop their interns and junior level team members: strategy in action – long-term strategies, integration strategies, means for achieving strategies, and tactics to facilitate strategies.
Strategy 202
In continuation of the precepts outlined in STGY 201, this course will demonstrate how mentors and instructors can guide mid-level staff on how to implement operational and human resources strategies.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
