Coaching: Project Management CAPM-PMP Certification KSAs
CAPM Certification Coaching Program:
This 6-month, 12-meeting, coaching program will introduce and familiarize you with the knowledge areas, processes, tools, and techniques of project management. You will learn the fundamentals of work breakdown structures (WBS), network diagramming and analysis, the critical path method (CPM), and the Gantt chart.
This roadmap and training also prepares you to obtain your Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) in six-to-nine months, specifically guiding you through meeting the CAPM entry requirements with regards to demonstrable hours of experience, exam prep resources, scheduling and staging for the exams, and mentally preparing you with successful exam-taking techniques.
The cohort will meet twice monthly via Zoom for phase-accountability purposes.
Priced at $1,000.00 per participant, and at 9,000.00 for corporate enrollments.
PMP Certification Coaching Program:
This 9-month, 18-meeting, coaching program will guide you through the intricacies of the knowledge areas, processes, tools, and techniques of project management. You will leverage your knowledge about work breakdown structures (WBS), network diagramming and analysis, the critical path method (CPM), and the Gantt chart to prepare for the PMP certification examinations.
This PMP roadmap and training prepares you to obtain your Project Management Professional (PMP) in nine months or less, specifically guiding you through meeting the PMP entry requirements with regards to demonstrable hours of experience, exam prep resources, scheduling and staging for the exams, and mentally preparing you with successful exam-taking techniques.
The individual meetings will occur twice monthly via Zoom, and the PMP coaching program is priced at $2500.00 per participant.
