Coaching: BPAVE II
A 6-week, 12-virtual meetings coaching program that combine ‘live’ one-on-one Zoom meetings with pre-recorded instructional videos that address your business planning, financial planning, and project management learning and operational needs. There are several components to this program, with KDEL focused on doing it all for you, as itemized below:
- Preparing your financial plan using KDEL’s financial planning template
- Preparing your business plan using KDEL’s business planning template
- Preparing your 5-year loan payback plan using KDEL’s loan payback schedule template
- Setting up your project management office and coaching your selected leaders on running the PMO
- Coaching your selected leaders on project management KSAs
- Coaching your selected leaders on the use of project management software – Concept Draw Office
The first and second sessions will work your team through understanding project management KSAs and Software, the third and fourth sessions will show them how to use the templates to create your financial, business, and loan payback plans, while the fifth session will finalize the PMO and show your team members how to perform within the designated positions. The final session will review all that has been learnt, provide hands-on opportunities for participants to demonstrate their learnings, and provide feedback going forward.
This combined course will allow all your team members access to the sessions, to a limit of 12 attendees per organization.
