Full Coaching Program
This 6-month program is designed for professionals who are looking to advance in their chosen fields of endeavor, and for those who are looking to re-direct their efforts to new careers, or to other organizations.
If there is no room for advancement in your current organization, and you are experiencing obstacles due to neglect, overwork, or fierce competition, then this short coaching program can help you realign, pivot, and break through in the short term.
KDEL’s coaching crew will perform a gap analysis to determine your pain points, and the peculiarities of your current position with the aim of establishing future career and financial goals, finalizing strategies and tactics for getting you there, prioritizing the agreed-to strategies and action plans, collaboratively milestoning the plan for effective execution, and being accountability partners with you as you undertake your accelerated corporate journey.
The specifics of the program include: two video conferencing meetings per month for actioning, execution, and feedback, all spanning 6 months in total. There will be twelve (12) Zoom meetings overall (or any other platform the client might prefer).
